How does the process work?
There are 3 steps:

- I will email you back to arrange the time for us to meet
- Meet in person and go over the real estate buying process
How long is the consultation?
Depending on your real estate experience it will take 30-60 minutes.
Where do we meet?
We can meet at one of your Sutton West Coast Realty offices or at a coffee shop.
Is this a sales pitch?
It is not a sales pitch. I will go over the real estate buying process, tell you what you should know and answer any questions you might have. It is true that I am hoping to have your business when you are ready to buy. However, there are no obligations. The way I see it: if you like me and want to work together – Great! If not, that’s okay too!
Is it just for the first time home buyers?
This consultation is for anyone who wants to go over the real estate buying process, expenses associated with it and ask real estate related questions. First time homebuyers as well as repeat buyers can benefit form it.
